Ignatius Newman Ezeigbo

CEO/FOUNDER

Mr. Newman is a philanthropist per excellence with over 20 years experiences actively devoted for the betterment of people in need. He provides the overall leadership of RAEF team and responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction and project policies of RAEF in to a working document for all team members and as well leading the development and execution of long-term program and corporate strategies. He reports to the Board on organizational development.

Rita Ndubuisi

Program Director

Mrs. Rita is a humanitarian and development professional. She is responsible for planning, directing, coordination and leading activities of RAEF project to ensure that goals, objectives and all elements of the projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. She coordinates with partners, supervises consultants, staff and volunteers working with RAEF to ensure that work plan is on schedule and within budget.

Eze Hyginus Eze

Senior Program Consultant (Part-Time)

Mr. Eze provides an advisory role and works with the Project Director to plan and execute project initiatives and act as a process facilitator and provide overall guidance on program design, activity implementation and reporting as well as provides capacity building needs of RAEF. He is responsible for delegating project tasks to each employee to get the project done as efficiently as possible.

Theresa Ify Ezeoma

Program Officer

Ms. Theresa works with the Senior Project Consultant to plan and execute project initiatives and act as a process facilitator and provide overall guidance on program design, activity implementation and reporting as well as provides capacity building needs of RAEF. She also assists in delegating project tasks to each employee to get the project done as efficiently as possible

Prince Chimezie Okoro

M&E Consultant 

Prince works part time with RAEF to develop, design, implement, monitor and evaluate organization’s projects. He is responsible for project data collection, collation, validation, and analysis. He is also responsible for project field evaluation. Prince has over 15 years’ experience in working with international development partners as a Projects Officer, M and E, Resource center officer and Admin. Also an Elections observer. He is the Imo state coordinator for the “Not too young to Run”, has done consultancy with Actionaid Nigeria, YIAGA Africa, KIMPACT Development, etc. Coordinator for South Saharan Development Organization (Imo Listenership club), Prince has skills in facilitation, Microsoft packages, a team player etc.

Danladi Emmanuel Atoshi

IT/Website Manager (Part-Time)

Mr. Emmanuel is responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of the infrastructure, hardware, and software utilized for the organization’s website. He ensures website functionality and perform software updates. Monitor, assess, and report on website performance. Ensure domain registration and hosting are current. Develop and/or update content. Handle online marketing projects ranging from SEO to social media marketing.

Benedict Ingland Alenyi

Administrative/Social Media Assistant

Benedict Ingland Alenyi manages information requests received by the organization that may be made by telephone, letter, email, or in-person visits to the office. He provides clerical duties, conferences and meetings arrangement and as well creates filing system exclusively for all sensitive information used by RAEF. He also manages all the organization’s social media platforms.
